At my Personal Training sessions, I provide a completely personalized approach to your fitness journey. I take into consideration your unique goals, schedule, and body type, and create a custom workout plan designed specifically for you. With in-person training, you'll receive the guidance and encouragement you need to push your limits and exceed your expectations.

Keep your workout routine on track with our Online Programming service. I will create a personalized program designed to achieve your fitness goals. With 3 to 5 days of programming per week and weekly check-ins, online coaching provides the accountability and support you need to reach your fullest potential.

I can't say enough good things about Rachel and the work she has done with me. I came to Rachel looking to get a better understanding of what I should be putting in my body - I had already made the commitment to move my body more and was seeing the results there, but I wanted to take it a step forward with my nutrition. From day 1, Rachel has guided me, been patient with me and answered all of my questions. 

 

I went from not really paying attention to what I was putting into my body, to becoming so hyperaware that I no longer need to track what I eat - it is habit now. I still track it, but it is great to know that the good habits are now built in.
